Hey boo! If something’s not right with your order, don’t worry — we’ve got you! Here’s how it works:

💌 Right to Cancel
Changed your mind? You’ve got 24 hours to cancel with no questions asked! Just email us at hellogirlieboo@gmail.com . After 24 hours, we may still cancel, but extra charges could apply.

✨ Returns
If your order is wrong, damaged, or faulty, email us at hellogirlieboo@gmail.com Include your name, order number, and photos if possible. Once we approve it, you can choose a refund or exchange.

💖 Custom Tumblers
Custom tumblers are final orders and can only be exchanged or refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, we only offer refunds if it’s our fault (wrong item, damage, etc.). They’re made specially for you, boo!

💖 Sending Returns
Pack it carefully and insure it if possible. Sale items are final and we only accept returns for items in unused, unworn, and original condition.
