💌 1. Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes, boo! As soon as your order comes through, we’ll send a confirmation straight to your email. This means we’ve received your order and your payment method is pre-authorised and ready for us to process your cuteness! 💖


💭 2. I placed my order but didn’t get an email — help!

No stress, babe! If you haven’t received your confirmation email, here’s what might’ve happened:

a. It might’ve landed in your junk or spam folder (we’re too cute for spam, but it happens!)
b. You may have misspelled your email address at checkout
c. Your email provider might have extra strong filters blocking us

If you still can’t find it, email us at hellogirlieboo@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out fast! 💌


📦 3. What happens after I get my order confirmation?

Once you get your confirmation email, we’ll start prepping your order with love. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive another email with your tracking info (if applicable).
We ship within 3 business days, so your goodies are on their way soon after.

If for any reason your item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll release your payment hold and get in touch by email or phone.
(Please note: extended delays may still apply during busy seasons or unexpected disruptions.)


📱 4. Why do you need my phone number?

Some of our delivery couriers need a number to make sure your parcel gets to you smoothly. We promise your number stays 100% private and confidential — and if anything pops up with your order, we can reach you quickly.


🚚 5. Where do you deliver?

At the moment, GirlieBoo only delivers within the United Kingdom — but we’re working on going international soon! 💕


6. Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes right now. We want to make sure your package gets to you securely and on time!
